* We hold full company details including bank details. This will be personal details for anyone who operates as a Sole Trader


* National Insurance number for those trading as individuals


* Contact telephone numbers & email addresses for the company

Raising orders to your company


Making payment in return for good works or services which you supply to us


Enable us to communicate with you about our account


How will it be used?


If you are a company we will check the legitimacy of your company with Companies House, check the validity of your VAT registration, and if applicable your CIS status.


If you are an individual we will check that you are registered with HMRC via your UTR and NI numbers.


Who will it be shared with?


The data will not be shared with third parties


What are you doing to ensure the security of personal information?


ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy.


How long will you be keeping the personal information for?


Your information will be kept for however long we have an open and active account. Once this has been closed or inactive for more than 6 years your personal data will be removed from our system
