Club premises certificate variation

If any changes are required to what is authorised by your club premises certificate, you are required to make an application to vary it. Possible changes include:

• varying the hours during which a licensable activity is permitted;

• adding licensable activities;

• amending, adding or removing conditions within a licence;

Depending on the proposed changes, it may be possible for you to submit a Minor variation of club premises certificate application.

The Non-Domestic Rateable Value of a premises can be checked using the Valuation Office Agency website: Valuation Office Agency Business Rates.

Please note that Mid Devon District Council no longer accept payment via cheque.
