A premises licence is required to authorise the use of a premises for licensable activities.

Premises licence transfer
If you wish to take over a premises licence, you must make an application to transfer it and also obtain consent from the existing licence holder.
Vary a designated premises supervisor (DPS)
If you wish to nominate or become a new DPS on a premises licence, you must submit an application and consent form.
Premises licence variation
If any changes are required to what is authorised by your premises licence, you are required to make an application to vary the licence.

Where every supply of alcohol under the licence is made or authorised by the management committee.
