Premises licence variation

If any changes are required to what is authorised by your premises licence, you are required to make an application to vary the licence. Possible changes include:

• varying the hours during which a licensable activity is permitted
• adding licensable activities
• amending, adding or removing conditions within a licence

Depending on the proposed changes, it may be possible for you to submit a Minor variation application.

The Non-Domestic Rateable Value of a premises can be checked using the Valuation Office Agency website: Valuation Office Agency Business Rates

Please note that Mid Devon District Council no longer accept payment via cheque.

Please return via email to licensing@middevon.gov.uk. After submission of your completed form, we'll contact you to confirm receipt and arrange payment with you directly.

If the application is submitted online we will forward it to all Responsible Authorities.

If you submit the forms hard copy you will have to post copies to all Responsible Authorities.
