Statement of Principles

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 and in accordance with The Gambling Act 2005 (Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006, Mid Devon District Council (the Council) will publish on 18 December 2024 a revised Statement of Principles to be applied by the Council in the exercise of its licensing functions under the Gambling Act 2005.

The revised Statement of Principles, which will come into effect on 31 January 2025 and last until 30 January 2028, was approved by the Council on 30 October 2024.
