A small society lottery is promoted on behalf of a non-commercial society for:

a) charitable purposes;

b) the purpose of enabling participating or supporting sport, athletics or cultural activity;

c) any other non-commercial purpose other than private gain.

Every society registered with us must submit a return form following each draw.

Gambling Fees and Charges 2024/25

Once a completed application form is received a payment link will be sent to the email address provided.
Please note that Mid Devon District Council no longer accept payment via cheque.
