If you wish to make a comment, compliment or complaint about this vehicle or its driver, please email licensing@middevon.gov.uk providing us with the following information if possible -
- Your name and contact details. You may not be able to remain anonymous if you wish for the complaint to be looked into further
- Driver name or badge number
- Vehicle Registration or plate number
- Date, time and location
- Details (comment, compliment or complaint)
- Any media files
