Exemptions - if church halls, community centres, villages halls and similar premises apply for regulated entertainment there is no fee. If however, the licence authorises the supply of alcohol of the provision of late night refreshment then fees apply.
Schools and sixth form colleges are exempt from fees if regulated entertainment is applied for where the entertainment is provided by or at the school or college for the purposes of the school or college.
