The information is collected by the Property Services Team

We collect this information in a number of ways, including over the phone, in person, in writing, on line and by email

For the purpose of valuation or to contact you regarding your enquiry:- 1. To send you the standard sales letter, if the application is being heard at a committee, 2.To provide you with an update, 3. If the enquiry proceeds to a sale information will be shared with a legal conveyancer

Your information will be used by MDDC for the purpose of determining the enquiry submitted. The application will be heard at a committee.

It will be share with our Legal Services, Accountancy, Valuation Agent Planning and CSAG

Property Services teams are trained regularly on principles of data protection. All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy

Information relating to an enquiry will be retained for monitoring purposes. This information will not be accessible to other services within the Council. Information relating to Land Sales will be retained for 12 years and information relating to Rights of Way will be retained for 20 years.
