Report a lost dog

We will hold your name, address and contact details such as email address and phone number.

Street Scene Services will collect this information for the possible investigation by the District Officer

This information will be collected by web form, email or telephone conversations.

We are collecting this information in order to advise you of any possible sightings of your lost dog in order for us to reunite the dog.

We will retain your details to enable us to match any possible sightings of your dog.

Your details will not be shared with any other Departments and will only be used by the District Officers in order to contact you should your dog be found.

Your details will be retained in a safe and secure environment. All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy

The information will remain active for 7 days, the closed case will remain on our IDOX system for 12 months when it will b automatically deleted.
