Street Scene Services will collect this information for the possible investigation by the District Officer.

This information will be collected by web form, email or telephone conversations.

We are collecting this information in order to support all investigations and situation monitoring.

It will be used to support our investigation into building a case file to support legal action against the dog owner if required.

The information provided may be shared with the Legal Department and Community safety and antisocial behaviour team to process the case investigating further.

Your details will be retained in a safe and secure environment.All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy

Information can be remained up to 12 months if the case has been referred to the legal department for further investigation and monitoring.
