We are collecting this information in order to support all investigations and to create a case file for further action or prosecution if evidence of the offender is found.

The information will be used to contact you if we need further information and as supporting evidence if the case is referred to our legal team to enable prosecution of the offender,

The information provided may be shared with the Legal Department should a fine or prosecution occur.

Your details will be retained in a safe and secure environment.All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy

The information will remain active for up to 12 months if investigations are taking place, the closed case will remain on our IDOX system for 12 months when it will be automatically deleted.
