We are collecting this information in order to update our records and if you wish to renew your subscription to the garden waste service, to take a payment and issue a new permit for the next 12 months.

We will use this information in order to send you a new garden waste permit.

it will be shared with the Customer Services department, Once we have collected your data you will be taken to a third party site hosted by Capita plc. they will process your payment and provide us with an authorisation number and amount paid when your payment is successful. We use your information to provide a receipt using the email address you have provided. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

The Waste and Recycling Department will retain your details in a safe and secure environment. All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy.

Personal details will be kept for the duration of the garden waste permit subscription.
