Customer services collect this information or it can be provided using the online web form.

This information will be collected on line by web form, email or telephone conversations.

We are collecting this information to ensure the waste team collect the Garden waste bin from the property requested, to send subscription reminders and replacement bin and permit if required.

Your information will be used to provide our 3rd party payment site CAPITA with reference and personal details to enable payment to be taken No card details will be retained to comply with the payment card industry standards.

Your information is shared with our 3rd party payment supplier CAPITA to facilitate payment and the customer Services team to generate a new permit for the requested bin.

The Waste and Recycling Department will retain your information in a safe and secure environment.All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy.

Personal information will be retained for the duration of the garden waste permit, once the permit expires and not renewed the information will remain on a closed request on the Customer Services Management System for the duration of your garden waste subscription.
