This information will be collected by email or telephone conversations.

The information will be collected for the delivery or collection of the requested bins.

Your information will be used to enable collection or delivery of the bins to the chosen property.

Your information will not be shared with external organisations.

The Waste and Recycling Department will retain your details in a safe and secure environment. All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy.

Once the delivery/ collection of the bins takes place the request will be closed but will remain on the property log on the Customer Services Management System for 12 months.
