Candidates now have less than a week to submit nomination papers following the announcement of a by-election for the Upper Yeo and Taw Ward. 

If contested the election will take place on Thursday 7 March 2024. 

Nomination packs are available online, via phone or in person, but papers must be received by the election team no later than 4pm on Friday, 9 February 2024.

Candidates must follow the instructions and complete the candidate nomination pack available on this page or via elections@middevon.gov.uk or 01884 255255.

Don't forget to be able to vote in elections you must be registered to vote.  Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday 20 February 2024. Applications to register can be made online.
