Opportunity to run new work hub
Mid Devon District Council is looking for an operator to manage new flexible and affordable workspace in Tiverton’s town centre.
The Council is refurbishing the Market Centre building to create a work hub, which will support businesses to start, stay and grow in the district as well as encourage entrepreneurship, collaboration and innovation. Mid Devon District Council is seeking an experienced operator to manage the new work hub.
Councillor Steve Keable, Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Regeneration, said:
“It is a priority of the Council to support and develop flexible workspace across the district.
“The Council successfully obtained planning permission to convert a council-owned building in the heart of Tiverton town centre for this purpose. Funded through the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund programme, we have commissioned the works required to create a modern, attractive and welcoming space.”
Expressions are being sought from workspace operators who would like to work with the Council on this exciting opportunity. Interested parties are invited to complete an Expression of Interest by 12 noon on Friday 31 January 2025.
