Revenues & Benefits Telephone Opening Times
From Monday 2 December 2024, the telephone lines for the Council Tax, Benefits, and Business Rate section will be closed from 1pm. To speak to an officer, you will need to call between 8:30am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.
Outside of these hours, please refer to the website where you can access your account online, or email revenues@middevon.gov.uk or benefits@middevon.gov.uk with your enquiry.
Winter Fuel Payment
Check if you can claim Winter Fuel Payment here. The form to claim a Winter Fuel Payment for winter 2024 to 2025 will be available at a later date. You can claim for winter 2024 to 2025 from 16 September 2024.
