Your details are collected by Bereavement Services and members of the Property Services Team, collect this information.


We collect this information in a number of ways, including over the phone, in person, in writing and by email

Arrangement of an interment into Tiverton or Crediton cemeteries


To contact you regarding your enquiry:-


To send the applicant the Deeds of Grant to relations burial plot


Act on complaints received


How will it be used?


To liaise with you regarding complaints, bookings etc. regarding the Cemeteries.


Your personal data is not shared.


Property Services teams are trained regularly on principles of data protection. All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards and we have a clear desk policy.


Your data will be retained in a secure environment and Interment forms will be archived and stored for 75 Years.
