Devon Home Choice
Devon Home Choice allows you to apply online to access all social housing, which includes housing associations and local authorities across Devon.
Once you have completed your application with Devon Home Choice you will be allocated a band according to your housing need. An allocations officer will check that you have been banded appropriately, taking all information into account. There are five bands from A to E. Band A means you are a very high priority and band E means that you have no housing need.
