Damp & Mould Policy
The Mid Devon Housing Damp and Mould Policy was adopted by Council on 1st November 2023 after recommendation by Homes Policy Development Group on 26th September 2023 and Cabinet on 17th October 2023.
The following documents have been produced to assist with the responsibilities of MDH and our tenants when dealing with damp and mould in their homes.
