Recharges Policy
The Mid Devon Housing Recharges Policy was adopted by Cabinet on 17th October 2023 after recommendation by Homes Policy Development Group on 26th September 2023.
The following documents have been produced to assist with the responsibilities of MDH and our tenants with regard to recharges being applied.
