Voids Management Policy
The Mid Devon Housing Voids Management Policy was adopted by Cabinet on 7th March 2023 after recommendation by Homes Policy Development Group on 17th January 2023.
The following documents have been produced to assist with the responsibilities of MDH and our tenants with regard to void management.
Voids Management Equality Impact Assessment
The lettable standard sets out the minimum standard our properties will meet when they are let to new tenants. We believe each of our void properties prepared for letting should be safe, clean and in a good state of repair in order that tenants can begin to enjoy their new home straight away.
