How Tenants have shaped our service
Mid Devon Housing regularly seeks our tenant’s views on decisions which will affect them. This can be Policies, Strategies or projects which shape our services. We advertise our consultations through social media, on our website and face to face at our community cuppas. Where tenant consultation is a statutory requirement we will also arrange for the information to be posted to tenants, giving everyone the opportunity to be involved.
