Income Management Policy - Tenants and members of the Homes PDG were invited to comment on the draft policy between 1st April and 30th April 2024 and no responses were received.
Hoarding Policy - Tenants were invited to comment on the draft policy between 22nd July 2024 and 22nd August 2024.
Repairs and Maintenance Policy - Tenants were invited to comment on the draft policy between 01 and 31 July 2024.
Tenant Compensation Policy - Tenants and members of the Homes PDG were invited to comment on the draft policy between 1st September and 1st October 2024.
Service Standards 2024 -2029 - Tenants were invited to comment on the draft Service Standards between 1st October and 31st October 2024.
Downsizing Incentive Focus Group - In October and November 2024, tenants living in properties with 3 or more bedrooms were invited to complete a survey to gather feedback on whether they agree with a downsizing incentive and what incentives would appeal to them most. The survey was successful in that it received 76 responses. The survey was sent via the post and emailed to those that MDH hold an email address for. Of the 76 responses, 46 were completed online and 30 were returned via post.
Safeguarding Adults at Risk, Children and Young People Policy – Tenants were invited to comment on the draft policy between 1st and 31st December 2024.
Tenancy Management Policy - Tenants and Members of the Homes PDG were invited to comment on the draft policy between 24/01/2025 – 16/02/2025.
Co-option of tenants onto the Homes Policy Development Group – MDH identified opportunities to improve and formalise tenant engagement in the policy development and performance assurance context through having MDH tenants co-opted to the Homes Policy Development Group in January 2025.
