We understand that affordable housing is a crucial issue, which is why we have a 5-year development plan to build new homes on MDH underutilised land. Our goal is to increase our housing stock and help to address the needs of over 1600 applicants on the housing waiting list. Unfortunately, presentations of homelessness have risen by 40% since 2018, and we aim to combat this in any way we can.

Partnering with Zedpods Ltd, we work towards building quality, zero-carbon, and cost-effective homes using modern methods of construction. By using offsite construction methods, we limit disruption to the local area, in contrast to traditional builds. Once the development site is ready, the completed properties are craned in and, depending on the location, modular houses can be placed on-site in just 2 to 3 days.
