Ground Rent Plots

We have a number of ground rent plots that we let out for an annual charge. We allow you to erect your own garage on these plots, If a structure is erected or was already on the ground rent plot when the tenancy started, the tenant will automatically take responsibility of the upkeep of the structure and its removal when the tenancy ends. Parking areas

Some of our estates have areas for parking which operate on a first come first served basis.

Disabled spaces are for use by drivers and/or relatives with mobility impairments. Any vehicle displaying a blue badge can use them. 

All vehicles must be taxed, insured and roadworthy. 

All car park users, both tenants and non-tenants, must abide by the terms of parking conditions on car park display boards. If an unauthorised vehicle is parked in an amenity or permit car park, we will contact Devon County Council to take the relevant action.

Parking permits

Parking permits are available to rent for permit holder car parks - please contact us to apply for a permit. We give priority to tenants living within those areas.

We rent permits for the following car parks

• Bowden Hill, Crediton

• Evelegh Flats, Union Hill, Crediton
