How can I pay my rent?

Brand new to Mid Devon Housing! My Mid Devon allows you to easily keep track of your rent account and make payments online, simply sign up to manage your payments and view your statements. Apply - Set up a Direct Debit or Request a Payment Swipe Card

What you need to know

You can pay most types of housing cost by weekly, fortnightly or monthly Direct Debit. Alternatively you can request a payment swipe card which you can use at any Post Office or PayZone.


What we need

To fill in this form you need to sign up to our MyMidDevon portal. You will also need your contact details, address and housing account number. To set up a Direct Debit you will also need your bank account name, sort code and account number.
