Tenancy Agreements

Your Tenancy Agreement is the document you sign when you become a tenant of Mid Devon District Council. It is a legally binding contract between you and us. It sets out your rights and responsibilities as a tenant and our responsibilities to you as your landlord.

We offer a variety of different types of tenancies, which include Introductory, Secure and Flexible tenancies - samples can be viewed in the downloads section of this page.
