Tenant handbook

The Tenant handbook gives you information about your home and your neighbourhood, including contacts that you may find useful.

This is given to all tenants who become a tenant of Mid Devon District Council. A copy of this is available here and can be referred to whenever you need to.  If there is any information you need that is not covered in this handbook or in your tenancy agreement, please contact us. We will be happy to help.
