Are your properties fire safe for Christmas?

It's nearly Christmas and we're all in need of some cheer, especially this year. Your tenants may be going all out on their Christmas lights and decorations, getting ready to enjoy the festive period in their home.

Why should I worry?

Fire is devastating for those directly affected in their home, but as a landlord a fire can be costly; and you could face enforcement action if you haven't complied with the necessary regulations that apply to landlords of privately rented property.
