Exeter City Council will be hosting a live webinar focusing on the Minimum Energy Efficiency regulations (MEES) and are kindly extending the inviation to Mid Devon landlords and agents.

The regulations mean that you cannot let a property with an EPC rating of F or G and doing so can land you with a fine - £££!

The webinar will include a section on available funding options for improvments.
