Minimum level of Energy Efficiency in domestic private rented properties

From 1 April 2018, landlords will not be able to rent out properties that have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of F or G. This will only apply to new tenancies or tenancies that renew after 1 April 2018.
