New 'How to Rent' guide released

An updated How to Rent guide has been released by the Government. 

Remember, it is essential that landlords issue this guide to their tenants at the start of a new tenancy or on renewal of an existing tenancy, along with the other prescribed information and documents.

At the same time, the How to Let guide has also been updated to include the most recent changes to legislation. Why not take this opportunity to refresh your knowledge over a cuppa in the spring sunshine!
