NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF DRAFT CHARGING SCHEDULE
In accordance with Section 212 (11) of the Planning Act 2008, Mid Devon District Council hereby gives notice that at a meeting held on 6th January 2021 the Council resolved to withdraw the Mid Devon Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) draft Charging Schedule from its examination and that this is no longer progressed.
The reasons for this are set out in the Cabinet report and recommendations (minute 270) to the Council, which is published on the Council’s website
