Land Availability Assessment - Commercial
The council has undertaken a Strategic Commercial Land Availability Assessment (SCLAA) to identify sites within the District with the potential to develop for employment. The assessments of the sites form part of the Council's evidence base which has informed the preparation of the new Local Plan Review 2013-2033 which will supersede the existing Core Strategy (adopted 2007), Allocations and Infrastructure Development Plan Document (adopted 2010) and Local Plan Part 3: Development Management Policies (adopted 2013).
