Supplementary Planning Document

The Mid Devon Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document was adopted on 29 October 2020. The SPD provides detailed guidance on urban, village and rural design issues in Mid Devon. It is intended that the SPD will help raise design awareness and standards throughout the planning process.

The Design Guide applies to the whole of Mid Devon (with the exception of the part of Cheriton Bishop Parish that falls within Dartmoor National Park).
