Blundell's Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan

The Blundell's Conservation Area was designated on 3rd September 2014 by Mid Devon District Council. The appraisal and management plan were adopted as planning guidance on 3rd September 2014. This area was designated for its strong character areas with beautiful specimen trees, tree-lined roads, good 19th and 20th century houses and the important historic school buildings.
