Mid Devon Infrastructure Funding Statement

In line with the requirements of Regulation 121A of The Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 Mid Devon District Council has produced the following report;

INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING STATEMENT 2022/23

Mid Devon District Council does not charge a Community Infrastructure Levy and therefore the sole content of this report relates to developer contributions from S106 planning obligations.

The report consists of two parts;

• a statement of the infrastructure projects or types of infrastructure which the charging authority intends will be, or may be, wholly or partly funded by developer contributions (“the infrastructure list”); and

• a report about planning obligations, in relation to the reported year; 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023; (“the S106 report”)
