Pots & Pans Recycling Trial

Mid Devon District Council is always looking for ways to help residents recycle as much as possible. As part of this commitment, we are running a three-month trial to collect old, unusable metal pots and pans from selected addresses in parts of Uffculme and Willand.

How does it work?

• The trial runs from 28 February to 23 May 2025.
• If your address is included, you will receive a letter from us. Simply place your old metal pots and pans on top of your recycling container.
• However, before recycling, consider whether the items could be reused - donate to charity or pass them on if they’re still in good condition.

This trial will help us assess the potential for rolling out a wider collection service across Mid Devon.
