Letters received w/c 31 August: Small electrical items

From Monday, 7 September 2020, we’re pleased to announce we’ll be accepting small electrical items as part of our kerbside recycling service. However, during our staged mail-out to residents informing them about this improvement, a technical glitch occurred whereby some households received several duplicated letters.

We understand this mistake was localised to a few areas in Cullompton and we’d like to apologise to those affected. Fortunately, as this issue was identified early, we’re working to mitigate this problem from occurring again for other customers.
