The Flock That Rock - Tiverton Swan Trail, a much-loved public art initiative that brought creativity and community to the streets of Tiverton, is set to culminate in a grand finale!

After months of celebration, the beautifully designed swan sculptures, each crafted by local artists, will be auctioned to raise funds for future community tourism and culture projects. The Auction is scheduled for Thursday 7 November, 2024, doors open at 6:00 PM at The New Hall, Tiverton.

The auction will provide art lovers, community supporters, and collectors with the opportunity to take home one of the stunning swan sculptures that have captured the hearts of both locals and visitors. Each swan has been hand-painted, inspired by themes ranging from Tiverton’s rich history, things to do and nature.

Event Highlights:

• Swan Sculptures: 11 unique swans, each with its own story and artistic flair.
• Live Auction: Led by a professional auctioneer – Adam Partridge, the evening promises excitement as bidders compete for their favourite swans.
• Meet the artists: Our talented artists will be mingling at this celebratory event. See the whole flock for one last time!

The Tiverton Swan Trail has been an incredible community art project, drawing visitors from across the region to explore the town’s attractions and discover each swan’s unique design. In order that everyone can have the chance to win a swan, raffle tickets are available from a number of stalls at Tiverton Pannier Market, including the café and Tiverton Tourist Information Service at Tiverton Museum. The project features large, intricately decorated swan sculptures placed around Tiverton for residents and visitors to enjoy.
