Waste and Recycling Collections Suspended Due to Extreme Weather
The Council’s collection and street scene services have been suspended this Friday 18th due to the expected severity of Storm Eunice.
The decision has been made in the interests of the welfare and safety of our staff and the public.
Collections that were due in the Willand, Cullompton and Uffculme area this Friday 18th will instead be collected on Monday 21st. If this change affects you, please leave your waste and recycling at the kerbside on either Sunday night or by 6am on the day of collection.
Please do not present any waste or recycling for collection on Friday as this may cause hazards to others in the extremely high winds that have been forecast.
The Council will provide regular updates for collections through next week so if your waste and/or recycling is due to be collected next week please stay posted for the latest information.
