Performance Dashboards
Our Performance Dashboards aim to give a quick overview of how our services are performing. They provide information for each part of the council in terms of performance, finance, and risk. The indicators are presented with their current performance, annual target, and a RAG (red, amber, green) rating to indicate progress to meet the annual target. Overall performance is presented in a pie chart that combines the RAG ratings from both performance and finance measures.
Corporate Risks related to the Dashboard are presented with their current risk rating, and a trajectory to indicate any change in the risk rating since the previous quarter.
The In Focus box is used to present additional relevant information.
