- Forms of nomination as a candidate for the above parish Council election may be obtained from the Returning Officer at Mid Devon District Council offices, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, EX16 6PP or by emailing elections@middevon.gov.uk
- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP between 10am and 4pm any day after the publication of this Notice until 4pm on Friday 31 May 2024.
- If the election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 27 June 2024.
- Applications to be added to the electoral register must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP by 12 midnight on 11 June 2024. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
- Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP by 5pm on Wednesday 12 June 2024.
- New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP by 5pm on Wednesday 19 June 2024
- Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election on the grounds of physical incapacity or for work/service reasons must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP by 5pm on Thursday 27 June 2024.The physical incapacity must have occurred after 5pm on Wednesday 19 June 2024. To apply on the grounds of work/service, the person must have become aware that they cannot go to the polling station in person after 5pm on Wednesday 19 June 2024.
