Anti Social Behaviour Policy
The Mid Devon Housing (MDH) Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) Policy was adopted by Cabinet on 4th July 2023 after recommendation by the Homes Policy Development Group on 13th June 2023.
The ASB Policy now incorporates the MDH Domestic Abuse and MDH Harrassment Policies.
The following documents have been produced to assist with the responsibilities of MDH and anyone living in and visiting one of our estates with regard to ASB.

- Anti Social Behaviour Policy - Our policy sets out how MDH manages ASB. This policy applies to anyone living in, or visiting a property that is owned by us.
- Anti Social Behaviour Statement of Policy - The Policy Statement outlines our general approach to ASB and the specific policies we have for dealing with it.
- Anti Social Behaviour Procedure Document - Aims to provide clarity and consistency on the reporting, recording, monitoring and reviewing of ASB cases received by MDH.
- Anti Social Behaviour Equality Impact Assessment - Issues of ASB can affect anyone irrespective of gender, sexuality, age, class, religion or ethnicity.
