Focus groups

We use focus groups to gather ideas and feedback from tenants on specific topics.

We hold focus groups when we have a topic that we want to discuss or want to make improvements to a service. We work with tenants to use their feedback in order to develop the idea and make the changes.

Our focus groups are usually small meetings of around 6 to 12 people. The meetings always focus on a specific topic.
